Purplefish was founded by Adam Sirois and Martin Kess, two experienced entrepreneurs and technologists with a track record of success in the tech industry. At Fractal Software, they worked together to launch 145 venture-backed vertical B2B SaaS companies out of a $650M fund.
- Adam Sirois: Former CBO at Fractal Software, where he was responsible for Fractal's high scale recruiting engine. Previously CRO at Wunderkind, where he grew revenue from $1M to over $100M. Adam brings extensive experience in scaling businesses and driving growth.
- Martin Kess: Former Head of Engineering at Fractal Software and Staff Engineer at Lyft, with experience at top tech companies like Google, Amazon, and Namely. Martin brings deep technical expertise to the team.
The Opportunity
As the first non-engineering hire, you'll wear many hats, but your core mission will be to drive value and performance for our customers by helping them maximize the value and potential of our AI agents through customization and constant experimentation.
This is a very unique role that blends customer success, solutions engineering, recruiting, prompt engineering, and conversion optimization. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a cutting edge AI startup and work closely with the founders to define and shape a brand new category.
What You'll Do
- Help clients launch and scale AI agents that help hire people for all kinds of roles at top companies
- Review and optimize phone screens to improve performance
- Find ways to increase the speed and scale of hiring
- Work directly with founders to shape product direction
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in tech (sales/SDR, customer success, account management, solutions engineering, or performance-based recruiting)
- Entrepreneurial DNA - history of being resourceful, curious, and coachable
- Extreme, gritty drive and someone who thrives in intense, high-speed environments
- Ability to work 4 days per week in person in NYC
