The Opportunity
First 'sales' hire that will work directly with the CEO (Adam, who was a former CRO), and an otherwise truly elite engineering-driven organization led by a phenomenal CTO (Martin) and top tier technical talent. If you're looking to get into sales/tech/AI, this is The Dream Scenario.

What You'll Do
- Generate interest for Purplefish and book meetings with target prospects at large staffing/recruiting firms and corporate recruiting organizations
- Build and execute multi-channel (phone, social, email, events) outreach strategies
- THIS IS A PHONE-FIRST ROLE: you will be spending the majority of your time on the phone and doing tons of cold calling (we will train you)
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
- This is enterprise sales: we're selling to executives at global leaders across multiple industries and helping some of the largest staffing firms hire people for the top companies in the world
What We're Looking For
- High IQ + EQ, Gritty Drive = you are super high agency with Aggressive Productivity and Relentless in whatever you're obsessed with
- We value talent and potential over experience and we LOVE career changers for this role. Especially if you were doing something that requires persuasion (some form of sales, customer success, recruiting, product, teaching, fundraising, etc)
- Must have at least 1.5 years of working experience, but this role could work well for multiple career stages
- Someone excited and able to be in office 5 days per week in Soho NYC (there's a 1% chance you could persuade Adam to do this role hybrid or remote, but you would have to absolutely blow his mind)
- Coachability and excellent communication skills
